Fractional Chief Strategy Officer
As a fractional Chief Strategy Officer, I’ll work closely with your leadership team to accurately assess the current state of the organization, envision a desired future state for the organization, and create an executable plan to move from the former to the latter. I’ll create the execution framework, the rollout of the plan, work one-on-one with key stakeholders as they execute transformation activities, work with business units to implement the operational part of the plan, and identify, track, and publish the metrics that prove the strategy is being rolled out and is transforming the organization.

The Investment – Depending on the size and complexity of the organization, I’ll spend 1 or 2 half-days per week in your office over the course of 6 months. We’ll supplement with online meetings and email because everyone involved, including me, will have homework to be completed during the time I’m not onsite. $6000 – $12000 per month.
