Strategic Planning Workshop

The Strategic Planning Workshop is a deep dive into your organization. Accurately identify the current state. Imagine a desired future state. Create a detailed roadmap to get from the former to the latter. It requires pre-workshop homework, attendance at every workshop session and the commitment of you and your leadership team for the implementation. The duration is driven by the size of the organization, but for a small business, it is typically conducted over six half-days plus homework.
-
Why This Service – In your head, you see the transformation you want. It seems doable, but you’re not sure exactly how to get there. You want a clear, deliberate roadmap from where you are now to the transformation you desire. Or maybe you’re not sure exactly where you want to go, but you know “here” is not sustainable.
-
The Likely Transformation – You’ll learn things about yourself and your team that you never knew. You’ll get an accurate assessment of the current state of your organization. You’ll spend dedicated time thinking about where you want the organization to be 6, 12, 18 or more months from now. And, I’ve found in every one of these exercises, you’ll return to your roots a bit and remember why you started the organization in the first place.
-
The Return on Investment – A deliberate path to take the organization from the current state to the desired future state. Every team member will know where the organization is headed and why, how their job ties to the desired future state, what actions they need to take to help on the journey, and how progress will be measured and reported.
-
The Investment – Depending on the size of the organization, six to nine half-day meetings over the course of two to four weeks. Monthly half-day follow up meetings for five months after the initial meetings. Pre-meeting questionnaires, conference calls, and emails over the course of the engagement. Depending on the size of the organization $9000 – $18000 for the initial meetings. $1500 per month for the five follow up meetings.
