Meet twice a month with me and five other people who also lead their own businesses. There’s something transformative about taking an hour away from the crush of daily activities and talking solely (and truthfully) about where you are now, where you want to be, and how you’re going to get from the former to the latter. It’s education, encouragement, and accountability with a 10X return on investment.

- level of commitment – no two project are identical but this is representative of the process. initial 8 – 16 hours with project sponsor plus weekly 1-2 hour check-ins over the course of the engagement, team members involved with the target transformation will be interviewed and shadowed for portions of two weeks, as the transformation activities are designed and tested, sponsors and team members will be collaborating for as much as four weeks, implementation of the transformation will take place over four weeks, evaluation of the transformation and subsequent tweaks will take place over four week, project recap at the end
